    • FOUND: CUSTOMER STATES SHE HIT AN OBJECT ON THE FREEWAY AND HEARS AN EXHAUST LEAK. FOUND THE CONE HIT THE EXHAUST AND PULLED IT BACK , BREAKING THE FLEX PIPE FROM THE EXHAUST FLANGE TO THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER. RECOMMEND REPLACING EXHAUST FLEX PIPE.

    • FOUND: scanned vehicle with factory compatible scan tool and retrieve P0441 – EVAP purge system performance. Introduced pressurized smoke to the EVAP system and did not find a leak. Commanded the purge solenoid on and off with scan tool and the purge solenoid performed properly and sealed when duty cycle was commanded to zero. Found the leak detection pump would intermittently not operate and cause a leak in the evap system, recommend replacing leak detection pump and re evaluating.
    • NATURAL VACUUM LEAK DETECTION PUMP – Remove & Replace
