- Inspected vehicle, noticed the weld between the floorboard and frame rail has separated and the floorboard has been bent up and punctured. Removed passenger seat, removed passenger side carpet, and re formed the floor board. The seams were welded back together and seam sealer was applied to the joints. After the welding and seam sealer application, textured protective spray was applied to the surface to prevent corrosion and then gray heavy duty paint was applied. Fastened the interior kick panel trim piece and scuff panel with new factory interior clips.
